By downloading, accessing, or using CloudQuit (website and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. Description of Service

CloudQuit provides tools, milestone trackers, breathing resets, and educational resources designed to assist individuals in reducing or quitting nicotine vape usage. CloudQuit is a self-help support tool and does not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

When creating an account on CloudQuit, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Use the platform only for lawful personal wellness tracking.
  • Refrain from attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt app server infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, original software code, UI designs, breathing animation algorithms, and educational content are the exclusive property of CloudQuit Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal usage.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in malicious activity that threatens platform security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudQuit Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on self-help tools or platform interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
